Parameters cleaning nnvc

Franck Galpin requested to merge Franck/VVCSoftware_VTM:parameters_cleaning_nnvc into VTM-11.0_nnvc

adapt parameters for the new unified models. Note that SPS signaling is not changed to keep backward compatibility with old bitstreams. We can update it when the SPS syntax will be changed again.
