Adding JVET-AJ0054 float models

Jacob Ström requested to merge jacob/VVCSoftware_VTM:JVET-AJ0054_float_model into VTM-11.0_nnvc

When uploading the JVET-AJ0054 merge request, SADL did not work for float models. Hence I did not yet upload the float models for JVET-AJ0054. This merge request fixes that -- it adds the two models nnlf_lop4_model_float.sadl and nnlf_vlop3_model_float.sadl to the models/ directory.
