Draft: Dev hop basis python training

Initial code of potential python training software structure based on discussed ideas and wants (e.g. configurability, minimal code duplication etc.) Initial testing has been conducted using MockDataset, but I thought it would be good idea to start discussion as early as possible since it may be subject to major changes based on feedback.
